While I don't anticipate your having any problems with WTS, I nonetheless realize that something unexpected could always surface - that's just the nature of the beast. Consequently, If you'll let me know what type of difficulty you're having, I'll do my best to help you. Before emailing me though, I would appreciate your reviewing the WTS User's Guide under the Configuration, Known Issues and Troubleshooting sections to see if your problem is addressed there.
